The primary objective of the National Visual Merchandising Manager role is to spearhead and elevate the in-store visual merchandising strategy across all retail locations. This includes ensuring that stores maintain exceptional standards that surpass competitors.
This position requires a senior-level visual merchandiser with robust leadership, team management, and project management skills. The ideal candidate will possess a degree or diploma in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Retail Design, or a related field.
Key Responsibilities:
* Optimise stock positioning to drive sales and enhance customer engagement.
* Manage a visual merchandising team to ensure cohesive store displays.
* Collaborate with various departments to integrate visual merchandising initiatives.
* Monitor the impact of visual merchandising on sales performance and customer interaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Minimum 5 years proven experience in visual merchandising within the retail industry.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects across different locations.
* Degree or diploma in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Retail Design, or related field.
* Experience in both physical retail and showroom environments, as well as integration with digital/online experiences.
