Responsibilities Relief Chef de Partie Ensure food is prepared and presented to the highest standards, following all food safety regulations. Supervise and guide junior kitchen staff while maintaining an efficient working environment. Adapt quickly to different kitchen settings, from restaurants to event catering and hospitals. Manage your section efficiently, ensuring smooth service and consistency under pressure. Requirements Relief Chef de Partie Strong culinary skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience managing a section and supervising kitchen staff.
