Restaurant Supervisor
This is a key leadership role within the restaurant, reporting directly to the Restaurant Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the operation of the establishment, ensuring that it runs efficiently and effectively.
* The supervisor will meet and greet customers in a friendly and inviting manner.
* The role also involves ensuring that the restaurant has adequate staffing at all times.
* Organising and delegating tasks to team members is another crucial aspect of this position.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and presentation skills, along with a positive attitude and a solid understanding of hotel operations. They will work closely with the kitchen department to ensure high standards are met and have a full knowledge of all products and services offered by the restaurant.
