Your new role includes:
Manage daily accounting transactions including accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare and process invoices, payments, and expense reports accurately and on time.
Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records.
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Support the payroll process by compiling timesheets and verifying records.
Maintain and update accounting databases and spreadsheets.
Communicate with vendors and clients to resolve any billing or payment issues.
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations.
Experience you need:
