Our client is a global pharmaceutical and biomedical company that develops, manufactures, and markets prescription medications for humans and animals.ResponsibilitiesOversee the maintenance element of the Integrated Facility Management (IFM) contract for facility management and maintenance services.Manage external contractors involved in maintenance of facilities to ensure quality of work and compliance with all company policies and regulatory guidelines.Provide key expertise and technical leadership in the areas of facility maintenance.Lead the development of technical systems, processes, and best practices for the facility management programme.Define reliability strategies, identify failure modes, and develop mitigation strategies within the IFM maintenance programme.Compliance & GovernanceEnsure site compliance with corporate standards and guidelines for facility management.Coordinate the governance team for IFM outsourced services.Develop, issue, and maintain key performance metrics for facilities services.Partner with the Site HSE Team to ensure site compliance of IFM.Lead and coordinate event investigations, CAPA, and change control processes within the facility management team.Drive the ongoing development of asset management strategy, including collection and analysis of data relating to asset condition, maintenance costs, reliability, risk, and obsolescence.Lead the development of recapitalisation plans for the facility management area.Identify, propose, and promote opportunities to reduce costs.Act as User Representative for larger recapitalisation projects associated with the facility management area.ExperienceBachelor's Degree (Level 8) in Building Services, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.Minimum of 10 years' experience in Facility or Maintenance Engineering, preferably within a GMP manufacturing environment.Demonstrated experience managing Integrated Facility Management (IFM) contracts and external service providers.Proven track record of asset management, reliability engineering, and development of maintenance best practices.To discover more about this opportunity please apply online or contact Darragh on +353 87 934 5234 for a confidential discussion.
