Working closely with stakeholders, you'll provide technical leadership, shape platform architecture, and ensure best practices are followed across the Salesforce ecosystem.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions across complex environmentsHands-on Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, integrations, automation)Translate business requirements into robust, scalable technical solutionsProvide technical leadership and guidance to internal teams and stakeholdersEnsure solutions align with Salesforce best practices, security, and performance standardsSupport system integrations with third-party platformsContribute to technical documentation and solution governanceRequired ExperienceExtensive experience as a Senior Salesforce Consultant / Developer / ArchitectStrong hands-on development skills (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, APIs)Proven Salesforce architecture and solution design experienceExperience working across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and core Salesforce platform featuresStrong understanding of integration patterns and data modellingExcellent communication skills and experience working directly with business stakeholdersNice to HaveSalesforce certifications (Platform Developer, Application Architect, System Architect, etc.)Experience in enterprise or large-scale Salesforce implementationsPrevious contract or consulting experience
