Role Overview:
We are recruiting for a Plumber to work on our NIHE Heating Installation contract. The successful candidate will work as part of a team to ensure the successful installation a new heating system to a property, including oil to gas conversions and boiler replacements and is based out of our Draperstown Depot.

Working Hours:
Monday – Friday 7am to 4.30 pm Flexibility is required

Roles & Responsibilities:
Job roles will include but are not limited to:
Installing both oil and gas heating systems into domestic properties General duties related to housing maintenance and installations Ability to fault find and problem solve
Work within Safe Working Practices adhering to our Health, Safety and Environmental policies and guidelines at all times Work as part of an efficient and professional team
Personnel Specification:
Essential Criteria:
NVQ level 3 in Plumbing and Heating or be a time served Plumber Have recent domestic experience.
Have a Full Driving Licence
Desirable Criteria:
OFTEC or Gas Safe qualification A valid CSR card Previous social housing experience
