Digital Marketing Coordinator
The Digital Marketing Coordinator will deliver digital campaigns, grow online communities, and drive engagement through compelling content.

Reporting the Supporter Development Manager, and working closely with the Digital Fundraising Lead, the Digital Marketing Coordinator will deliver digital campaigns, grow online communities, and drive engagement through compelling content.
The ideal candidate will come from a Digital Marketing background and will be passionate, proactive and a great communicator.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Delivery & Reporting
1. Deliver digital marketing campaigns, aligned with Pieta's brand tone and goals, including but not limited to: Meta ads, Google ads, and SERP & SEO campaigns.
2. Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance and KPIs, and work with the Digital Fundraising Lead to optimise campaigns
3. Work with the wider team on digital campaign budgets and report on key metrics
4. Ensure all campaigns are GDPR-compliant
Email Marketing
5. Deliver large-scale email campaigns using automated journeys and audiences from our CRM
6. Collaborate across departments to build campaign-specific audiences and messaging
7. Track campaign analytics and generate performance reports and work with wider team to optimise campaigns
Website Management
8. Maintain and update the main Pieta website and microsites
9. Monitor and analyse website engagement using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, UTM tracking and Google Search Console
10. Support backend management and technical updates in collaboration with an external development agency
Content & Community Development
11. Create engaging, on-brand content for web, email, social media, blogs, and video
12. Spot content opportunities and trends
13. Build, grow, and nurture online communities across platforms
Brand Stewardship
14. Act as a guardian of the Pieta brand and sub-brands, ensuring quality and consistency
15. Support broader digital initiatives where required
Partner & Stakeholder Collaboration
16. Work with internal teams, external agencies, suppliers, and fundraising partners to create excellent digital experiences
17. Build strong relationships across the organisation to support campaign development
Education, Skills, and Experience required:
18. Minimum of 2 years' experience in a marketing agency, non-profit or fast-paced corporate environment
19. Knowledge of the fundraising landscape
20. Degree in Marketing or a related field
21. Strong writing and editing skills with experience in setting tone of voice, storytelling, grammar and proofreading
22. Proven experience managing email campaigns, digital content, and social media
23. Familiarity with digital tools such as CRM systems, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, mass email management systems and website CMS platforms
24. Strong IT skills, especially MS Office Suite
25. Excellent time management, communication, and relationship-building skills
26. High attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
27. Ability to prioritise tasks and work to tight deadlines
28. Experience with Google Ads, SEO, Google Search Console, and backend website management
29. Working knowledge of GDPR compliance
30. Understanding of Web Accessibility principles
31. Experience setting up A/B/N tests in digital platforms
32. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or equivalent
