Your focus will be on shaping and delivering the overall commercial strategy, elevating brand visibility, and ensuring sustainable revenue growth across rooms, weddings, events, corporate, and leisure.
You will work closely with senior leadership and operational teams to maximise occupancy, position the property competitively, and strengthen key client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the sales and marketing function, ensuring commercial targets are met across all key revenue streams.
* Develop and deliver annual sales and marketing plans, including pricing strategies, forecasting, and market analysis.
* Oversight of digital and traditional marketing activity, ensuring strong brand visibility and effective performance across all channels.
* Building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, agencies, tour operators, and community partners, proactively securing new business.
* Representing the organisation at trade shows, showcases, and industry events.
Requirements:
We are seeking a proven leader with experience in a senior sales and marketing role within hospitality or a related consumer-focused sector.
A strong understanding of commercial acumen, revenue management, and digital marketing is essential.
