What You'll Do
Serve customers at the counter and assist with product selection
Identify needs and offer practical solutions or alternatives
Process transactions, quotations, and collection requests
Coordinate with warehouse and transport teams
Maintain counter displays, literature, and promotional areas
What You Bring
Customer service or trade counter experience preferred
Confidence interacting with a range of people
Willingness to develop product knowledge
