Job Title: Receptionist (Full-time) Responsible to: General Manager Main Purpose of Job: We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist within Connolly Motor Group, Mercedes-Benz Galway on a full-time capacity.
The successful candidate will be required to work Monday to Friday and the occasional Saturday cover.
The role: The successful candidate will be required to work as part of the team, to continuously deliver the highest level of satisfaction to internal and external customers.
This will require you to be the face of the Group, welcoming customers, suppliers and visitors to our showroom.
The role involves working closely with the Sales, Services and Parts teams.
Role Responsibilities: Focus on delivering a premium customer service Answer any incoming calls Meet and Greet Customers, Visitors Making Tea/Coffees and general upkeep of Reception area Direct customers to relevant department Liaise closely with Sales/Service/Parts departments to ensure customers service standards are upheld Administration and filing duties The person: Skills and Competencies: Minimum of 1 year experience in reception environment Excellent communication skills Well presented Ability to work in a team and on own initiative Time management skills required Ability to multitask Proficient in Microsoft Office Package (Word, Excel, Email) Skills: Receptionist experience Well presented Excellent Communication skills
