Group Social Media Lead
We are recruiting an experienced Group Social Media Lead to join our Central Office Marketing team. This role will own the strategic direction and performance of Dalata's social media activity across paid and organic channels. You will manage agency relationships, oversee paid social campaigns, and ensure our social presence drives brand awareness and commercial results.
Your Job:
* Social Media Strategy:
Define and implement a group-wide social media strategy that supports brand positioning and revenue objectives.
* Paid Social Management:
Lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid social campaigns across platforms, ensuring strong ROI and alignment with overall marketing plans.
* Agency Management:
Act as the primary liaison for social media agencies, briefing campaigns, monitoring performance, and ensuring delivery against KPIs.
* Performance Reporting:
Analyse campaign results, produce actionable insights, and present regular performance reports to senior stakeholders.
* Governance Best Practice:
Maintain social media guidelines, ensure compliance with GDPR and brand standards, and support hotel teams with training and resources.
* Innovation Trends:
Identify emerging platforms, tools, and tactics to keep Dalata's social presence competitive and engaging.
What You'll Need:
* Minimum three years' experience in social media marketing with a strong focus on paid campaigns.
* Proven track record in managing agencies and delivering performance-driven campaigns.
* Expertise in Meta Ads Manager and other paid social platforms; knowledge of TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube advertising is a plus.
* Strong analytical skills with experience using social analytics and reporting tools.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.
