Drive delivery pipeline for multiple Agile teams to deliver digital software solutions at pace and high quality.
Empower teams to adopt Agile values, create a positive environment for self-accountability, and remove impediments to their work.
* Role model Agile behaviors and values to empower team self-accountability and ownership of software delivery.
* Ensure consistent application of Agile Scrum ceremonies and take ownership of continuously applying learnings to improve team outcomes.
* Establish deep relationships with Delivery Leads, Product Owners, and stakeholders to promote best practices.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain focus on accurate data capture to drive visibility of progress to Senior partners in the Change and Software Delivery Lifecycles.
* Contribute to sharing experience and findings with Senior Management to amplify Agile capability and bring consistency in delivery approaches.
Requirements
* Strong proven experience in delivering complex digital projects using Agile delivery methods.
* Equal comfort navigating waterfall processes when needed.
* Expertise in stakeholder management and forging relationships with others outside the team.
* Qualifications in Project and Program Management certification, Business Analysis Certification, or relevant fields can be beneficial.
About the Team
The Scrum Master position is part of the I.T group within the Wealth and Insurance business unit, working on customer-facing digital applications.
This is a hybrid role that can be done anywhere in the Republic of Ireland with the primary office location as Dublin, requiring occasional travel for in-person collaboration.
