Job Title: Front Office Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Manager to join our team. As the front line of our hotel, you will be responsible for ensuring that every guest has a seamless and memorable experience.
This role is ideal for someone with 3+ years of experience as a Front Office Manager in a 4* or 5* hotel environment. You will have a proven track record of managing a reception/reservations team and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the reception/reservations department.
* Lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
* Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with hotel policies.
* Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience as a Front Office Manager in a 4* or 5* hotel environment.
* Proven track record of managing a reception/reservations team.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Commercially and customer-focused with absolute attention to detail.
* Able to work on own initiative and equally able to work as part of the overall hotel management team.
* Proficient with Office Suite, Opera or Hotsoft, Hotel booking engines and CRMS.
