At all times ensuring that the defined 5* standards are implemented and adhered to by all service personnel.To oversee the effective implementation of all SOPs and procedures within the team, carrying out regular checks of these SOPS with team members.Communicate clearly and effectively with the wider team within the Resort..Meet all health safety regulations, guidelines and policy, ensuring that laid down emergency and contingency procedures are followed, and all staff are knowledgeable in these procedures.Carry out water testing and regular routine inspections of the sports equipment, with specific attention being given to health and fitness equipment, pool areas and plant areas to ensure satisfactory operation and maintenance of safety standards.Monitor and review Spa employee's performance regularly and provide required guidance by conducting annual appraisals and following performance improvement plans.Ensure proper inventories of all operating Spa and Leisure equipment are conducted in line with audit standards to effectively manage operational cost.To actively source new clients and membership for the Leisure Club.Designing and promoting activities to meet customer demand and generate revenue.To encourage both internal and external marketing and promotion of the Leisure Spa facilities and ensure that staff are actively doing the same.To work in conjunction with the Hotel Management and Marketing teams to ensure that budgets are adhered to, and sales are met.To be actively involved in daily operations in a 'hands-on' capacity.Nestled within 220 acres of woodlands and greens in East Cork, Castlemartyr Resort is one of Ireland's leading 5 Star destinations.
