Our client is seeking a Management Accountant to join their growing finance team. This is a broad, hands -on role offering exposure across the full finance function, with real opportunities to add value and support the continued growth of the business.
Responsibilities:
* Prepare and deliver monthly management accounts and financial reports.
* Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
* Analyse variances, identify trends, and provide meaningful commentary to support operational and commercial decision -making.
* Maintain strong financial controls while contributing to ongoing improvements in reporting, processes, and efficiency.
Requirements:
o Qualified or part -qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with experience in management accounting or a similar analytical finance role.
o Strong analytical and problem -solving skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly and confidently.
o Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently.
o Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships across the business.
