Our client is seeking a Management Accountant to join their growing finance team.
This is a broad, hands-on role offering exposure across the full finance function, with real opportunities to add value and support the continued growth of the business.
Responsibilities: Prepare and deliver monthly management accounts and financial reports.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
Analyse variances, identify trends, and provide meaningful commentary to support operational and commercial decision-making.
Maintain strong financial controls while contributing to ongoing improvements in reporting, processes, and efficiency.
Requirements: Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with experience in management accounting or a similar analytical finance role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly and confidently.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships across the business.
