We are seeking an experienced professional to join our kitchen team in Sligo, Ireland.
About the Position
This is a full-time permanent role requiring 39 hours of work per week. The ideal candidate will have experience with a la carte cooking and be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook main courses and starters to a high standard
* Maintain quality control and ensure food is produced on time for customers
* Assist senior chefs during service and help manage stock
* Participate in kitchen health and hygiene procedures
* Lead a section of the kitchen with junior chefs
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years' experience as a chef
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Able to work well in a team
