Admin Assistant, EMEA Data Centre Capacity Delivery (DCCD)
We are hiring an Administrative Assistant to support our EMEA Data Centre Capacity Delivery (DCCD) organisation. DCCD is responsible for the construction delivery of our data centre projects — from receipt of design documents through to handover to the operations team. We operate in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment where innovation, process improvement, and stakeholder partnership are part of the day job. As the Administrative Assistant, youl provide dedicated support to DCCD leadership and delivery teams, including Construction Managers and Engineers. Youl work closely with DCCD Coordinators such as Program Managers, Finance Coordinators, and Project Coordinators, taking ownership of essential admin and coordination tasks so the wider team can stay focused on delivery milestones. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a dynamic setting, can manage competing priorities, and takes pride in creating structure, clarity, and momentum.

Key responsibilities
Provide administrative assistance and general administrative support as required
Own the onboarding process for contractor employees (training coordination, security badge requests/issuance)
Maintain, update, and develop the Construction Wiki by gathering information and ensuring accuracy
Execute the change management process in Procore, ensuring relevant information is uploaded to financial tools each month prior to invoice approvals
Manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining quality and responsiveness
Support special projects, one-off initiatives, and additional tasks as assigned
Work independently on assigned projects, proactively identifying and resolving issues to ensure successful outcomes
A typical day might include
Ensuring Procore financial tools are updated on time for budget tracking and invoice approvals
Processing badge requests and onboarding vendor employees
Administering change management requests and coordinating project financials
Managing designated scopes of work efficiently and consistently
Handling IT support requests for operational needs
Updating and maintaining the Construction Wiki so documentation stays current and usable
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence working across teams
Demonstrated proactive problem-solving ability
Experience managing projects using planning platforms such as Procore
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Strong stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams
Minimum 2 years experience in office and financial management and administrative support (or a closely related field)
Ideally you will have some exposure to data visualisation and representation
Ideally you will have some Project Management training but not essential.
