About the Role Key Responsibilities Roadmap Strategy: Use quantitative and qualitative data to influence the strategic direction of our HCM offerings.
Data Synthesis: Analyze complex datasets across Workday HCM modules (e.g., Core HR, Talent, Compensation, Benefits) to identify user behavior patterns and product performance trends.
Parter closely with our Data Scientist engineering team.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Product Managers and Engineering teams to translate data insights into actionable product requirements and technical specifications.
Business Value Validation: Define and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure that newly built features are driving measurable business value and solving real user pain points.
HR Subject Matter Expertise: Apply HR business acumen to ensure data interpretations align with industry regulations, compliance standards, and organizational people strategies.
About You Basic Qualifications: Experience: 4+ years in Product Management, Data Analytics, or a combined role within an HR Tech or Enterprise software environment.
Analytical Skillset: Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar data visualization tools.
Ability to turn "noisy" data into a compelling narrative for executive stakeholders using statistical approaches (Python preferred) and descriptive/diagnostic analytics.
Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of HR business processes (the "Hire-to-Retire" lifecycle) and how data informs workforce planning and employee experience Other Qualifications: Platform Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with Workday HCM.
Solid understanding of our user flows and journeys in various platforms.
Deep understanding of Workday's data structure, reporting capabilities, and People Analytics is highly preferred.
Collaboration: Proven ability to work in an Agile environment, collaborating closely with developers to understand technical constraints while advocating for the end-user.
