This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional care and support to individuals with intellectual disabilities, acquired brain injuries, or autism.
About the Role
* To provide high-quality person-centred care and support through practical, physical, and emotional means that meet the needs of residents.
* To act as a key worker for named Residents where appropriate.
* Provide support to residents with their daily plan, goals, education, living skills such as cooking laundry attending appointments family visits etc.
