1+ years' experience in a finance or accounts role, strong Excel and Word skills, excellent communication and organisational abilities
Location:
Dublin 2 (Office-based)
Salary & Package:
€30,000 - €35,000 DOE, bonus scheme, pension plan and more

Responsibilities
Process and review vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and resolving queries
Enter and maintain invoice data within property and accounting systems
Liaise with vendors, service providers and property managers on accounts-related matters
Manage payment tracking and recharging of tenant registrations
Reconcile creditor accounts and support bank statement filing for audit purposes
Update and maintain financial data, including archiving records and updating bank details
Support month-end processes, including preparation of invoices to meet client deadlines
Assist the finance team and external accountants with general accounting tasks
Maintain accurate records across internal systems and Microsoft Office applications
Ensure confidentiality of financial information and compliance with company policies
Adapt to ad hoc administrative and finance duties as required
