Project Estimator and Quantity Surveyor Role
We are seeking a skilled Project Estimator and Quantity Surveyor to join our team. As a key member of our construction company, you will be responsible for various quantity surveying activities, including estimating, procurement, feasibility studies, tender evaluations, issuing tender packages, cash flow projections, post-contract cost control, and project monitoring.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantity surveying or estimating, with a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a similar role. Groundworks and utilities experience is highly advantageous. You should also possess excellent computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and Dropbox.
