Transaction Services Manager | Dublin | Hybrid Working
I'm currently partnering with a leading international advisory firm to appoint a Transaction Services Manager into their growing Dublin team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Transaction Services or Corporate Finance professional who is looking to step into a high-visibility role working on a broad range of domestic and cross-border deals.
The Opportunity
You'll join a high-performing team delivering financial due diligence and transaction advisory services to corporates, private equity houses, and owner-managed businesses. The role offers strong exposure to decision-makers and the opportunity to take real ownership of engagements.
Key Responsibilities
Lead financial due diligence assignments on buy-side and sell-side transactions
Analyse financial performance, cash flows, working capital and key deal drivers
Prepare high-quality client reports, databooks and presentation materials
Manage client relationships and liaise with stakeholders throughout the deal lifecycle
Mentor and develop junior team members
Work closely with senior leadership on business development initiatives
About You
Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA or equivalent)
Strong background in Transaction Services, Deals Advisory or Corporate Finance
Excellent financial analysis and report-writing skills
Commercially minded with strong stakeholder management ability
Experience managing multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment
