Purpose
Purpose: The role is working within the Marine and Cargo Insurance sector and will support the Client Executives and Advocates with the end-to-end placing process, proactively assisting in the day to day running of clients risks and insurance programmes. This position is full time with minimum 3/4 days working from the office in Dublin.
Responsibilities
* To provide day to day support to the Specialty teams; with the agility to work across lines when required. In some circumstances this could include visits to the London office for training.
* Support wider team in developing client relationships by ensuring that all client needs and requirements from an administrative perspective are handled in a timely, technically accurate and compliant manner.
* Assist Client Advocates / Executives in the quality control of slips, endorsements and support in resolving any processing queries.
* Monitor and seek agreement of slips and endorsements via the London Market's electronic placing platform as well as the firm’s platform of choice (WhiteSpace).
* Working with our outsourcing offices in India i.e. Risk Processing, Insurance Broking Accounts, solving Underwriter queries.
* Build strong networks with colleagues across the different Specialty and internal teams.
* Carry out projects and other duties and tasks as may from time to time be required.
