Job Title: Bookkeeper – Full TimeSalary: €40kLocation: Dundalk, Co LouthOur client is a progressive and well-established small firm providing a full range of online Accountancy and Audit services across Ireland.The roleDue to further expansion, our client has an opportunity for an individual to join their Bookkeeping/ Accounting team.This role would require an individual who is confident in the delivery of payroll, bookkeeping, Annual accounts & Tax.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintenance of ongoing bookkeeping services for a portfolio of clients across all industry sectors in a fast-paced environment.Development and support of client relationships.Preparation of accounts to Trial Balance level.Preparing tax returns including Income tax, VAT, RCT, Payroll, VIES Intrastat etc.Dealing with client and Revenue queriesInvolvement in promoting the firm and growing the client baseAd hoc responsibilitiesThe PersonMust have accounting experience gained in a small/medium practice (essential)2-3 years Irish practice experience requiredFluent English with excellent oral and written communication skillsComfortable dealing with clients directlyExcellent interpersonal skillsHighly organised and ability to manage and meet all deadlinesSelf-motivated and capable of recommending improvements in internal processesAbility to work in a team environment and support team colleaguesActively seek out opportunities for professional developmentExcellent skills in the use of accounts & office softwareFor more information please send your CV Carol in confidence through the link.If you are living in Ireland and hold a VALID WORK PERMIT, please feel free to contact us directly.
