About the Role We're looking for a detail-oriented and reliable person to support our franchise network by managing both brand and local menus through our centralised menu platform. The role is primarily focused on accurate data entry and consistency - it involves repeating tasks at scale, so speed, precision, and patience are key.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an independent, home-based environment, managing tasks with focus and efficiency while maintaining high accuracy. It is a stable, hands-on position with no formal career progression, suited to candidates who value consistency and reliable responsibilities.
What You'll Do
* Update and maintain brand and local franchise menus on our central platform.
* Carry out repetitive data entry tasks quickly and accurately.
* Ensure menus remain consistent, error-free, and up to date.
* Work with Excel sheets containing nutritional information.
* Make small adjustments to images (resizing, changing formats) when required.
* Assist in creating content and materials to be shared with stores.
* Manage assigned tasks end-to-end:
* Explore and test what is possible within the system.
* Verify features and identify the best configuration options.
* Share findings with area managers to gather feedback from them and franchisees.
* Implement approved configurations and document the changes clearly for franchisees.
* Communicate with franchisees when needed to clarify menu details or resolve discrepancies.
What We're Looking For
* Strong computer literacy - confident using online platforms, navigating multiple windows, and learning new systems.
* Fast and accurate typing with excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to complete repetitive tasks efficiently without losing focus.
* Comfortable taking ownership of tasks, testing solutions, and relaying findings clearly.
* A self-starter who can work independently, manage their own time, and deliver reliable results.
* Basic HTML knowledge is an advantage, but not essential (training provided).
* Familiarity with Excel and basic image editing tools (resizing, file type changes) is a plus.
* Clear written communication for documenting and sharing updates.
Working Hours
* Menu changes must be completed when stores are closed, so the role typically starts early and finishes early.
* Other tasks can be done at any time.
* Working hours can be flexible within these requirements.
