A full QQI level 5 Health Care Qualification is essential (e.g., health, community, care sector).
Skills & Abilities
Ability to work on own initiative.
Awareness of Key Worker/Support Worker role and philosophy surrounding support to people with complex needs.
Programme planning using Person-Centred Plans, placing the needs of the person supported as the key focus.
Deliver support according to the person’s PCP and care plan.
Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
Full, clean driver’s licence (manual) desirable.
