EHS SpecialistOur client is seeking an experiencedEHS Specialistto support the delivery of global Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) objectives in Bray, Ireland.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as Super User for the company's global EHS knowledge management system, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and timely KPI reporting.Coordinate system upgrades and serve as the primary liaison between external certification bodies and internal stakeholders.Manage global EHS standards and corporate guidance documentation within the system.Generate EHS performance reports for site and corporate leadership as required.Deliver one-to-one training and develop mentorship materials to support system users across departments and sites.Coordinate tutor-led training sessions where necessary and provide ongoing user support.Work closely with senior management to promote a strong, positive health and safety culture.Ensure compliance with Irish EHS legislation and internal corporate standards.Support environmental risk reduction initiatives and continuous improvement projects.Identify gaps in system adoption or compliance and recommend or implement corrective actions.Requirements3–5 years' EHS experience within Ireland (Essential).Relevant EHS qualification (Essential).Strong knowledge of statistics, data collection, analysis, and data presentation.Demonstrated experience working with EHS management systems.Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety or related discipline.Experience delivering training in a manufacturing or industrial environment .BenefitsPrivate medical insuranceLife assurancePension contribution schemeCycle to Work SchemeRecognition programmeContribution towards sports club membershipSubsidised canteenFree parking
