We are looking for experienced and motivated Team Managers to lead our clients growing Sales teams in Carlow. This is a unique opportunity to join a travel insurance company at an early stage, shape a high-performing team, and make a real impact on the organisation's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Sales Reps
2. Monitor team performance, providing coaching, feedback, and support to achieve targets
3. Develop and implement processes and best practices to enhance customer experience and sales outcomes
4. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards
5. Recruit, onboard, and train new team members
6. Drive engagement and foster a positive, collaborative team culture
7. Report on team performance and contribute to strategic planning
Requirements:
8. Proven experience managing a team in a call centre, sales, or customer service environment
9. Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
10. Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
11. Comfortable working onsite in Carlow
12. Experience in insurance, travel, or financial services is desirable but not essential
13. Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced, growing business environment
14. Flexibility to work weekends
