Qualifications15+ years of experience(including up to 7 years in management) in product development, withsignificant exposure to AI/ML and cloud-based engineering.3+ years of second or thirdline management experience.
Strong Java full stack and Python engineering experience in a product development environment, withhands-on expertise in AI/ML frameworks (e.g., Tensor Flow, Py Torch, Scikit-learn).
Decisive contributions intechnical architecture, especially for AI/ML and data-driven solutions.
Expertise in reviewingarchitecture & design, modularisation, microservice architectures, andscalable AI/ML systems.
Strong problem-solving andanalytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues in bothengineering and AI/ML contexts.
Adaptability, prioritisation,and a growth mindset.
Excellent communication andservant leadership skills.
Deep knowledge of agile, scrum,and MLOps methodologies.
Experience in a product-driven Saa S or financial services company.
