Role And Responsibilities

Supporting the day-to-day operations of the HR Department
Support recruitment and selection for the hotel
Responsible for the onboarding, induction and offboarding cycle
Weekly update of Flow training matrix
Monitoring of completion of Initial Skills Training Plans
Performing and tracking of Manual Handling Practical’s
To work in conjunction with the HRM in relation to further day-to-day administrative functions

Candidate Requirements

Previous administration experience within the hotel or hospitality industry is desired
Possess the ability to operate in an organised and methodical fashion, with excellent attention to detail
Be efficient in multi-tasking
Be equipped with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Have experience or exposure to Recruitment and Selection
