Job Description
We are seeking a strategic compensation expert to lead our EMEA compensation team, with additional responsibilities for supporting international markets. As a Lead Compensation Partner, you will be responsible for designing and managing compensation programs that align with business objectives and reflect local market realities.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Regional Compensation Leadership: Serve as the lead compensation partner for EMEA, providing strategic guidance on compensation design, market positioning, and pay decisions;
2. Compensation Strategy & Design: Support the development and evolution of base pay structures, incentive programs, and equity frameworks to ensure competitiveness and alignment with company goals;
3. Global Market Benchmarking: Lead compensation benchmarking and market analysis across EMEA and other international regions to inform pay decisions;
4.
