Job Title: Construction Cost Estimator
This is a challenging role for an experienced Construction Cost Estimator to join our team.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate costings from tender documentation, drawings and specifications.
* Develop detailed estimates for labour, materials, plant and subcontractor packages.
* Compile and deliver tender submissions within deadlines.
* Assess project risks and opportunities to support decision-making.
The ideal candidate will have a degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics or related discipline, and at least 5 years experience in estimating within the construction industry.
