They are looking for someone who is technically knowledgeable and keen to learn. You maybe a recent grad in Electronics/Electrical or Engineering and not sure what avenue to take but know you just want to get into a great company with potential to learn a lot You don't have to be a grad, you maybe working in an electrical/electronics company at the moment and have gained excellent technical knowledge and love working with customers, this also could be for you.Working with this organisation with over 10'000 staff globally, you will work with customers to resolve their technical queries, You will have support from their technical experts, as the product range is so large you will need to take the time to get to know the range and develop your ability to handle more complex issues. This is a great learning environment, initially you will work on straight forward issues, escalating more technically queries to more senior staff, but you will evolve and be able to grow with the role. If you love being able to explain technical concepts to non technical people this one is for you.
