Welder – Agricultural Machinery (MIG) - Southern Ireland - €30,000 + Overtime
Location: Cork, County Cork, Ireland.
Salary: €30,000 DOE; Full-time, permanent; Overtime available.
Responsibilities
MIG welding steel components used within agricultural machinery and equipment.
Fabrication and assembly of structural steel parts.
Working from engineering drawings and welding specifications.
Repairing and modifying machinery and fabricated components where required.
Maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy and safety.
Supporting general workshop duties as part of the wider team.
Ensuring work is completed efficiently and to production deadlines.
Qualifications
Proven MIG welding experience.
Strong background in steel fabrication.
Ability to read and work from engineering drawings.
Good attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Practical and reliable with a strong work ethic.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience within agricultural machinery, heavy engineering or plant environments is an advantage.
Minimum of an NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) relevant to the role.
Legal right to work in the UK or hold a valid visa permitting employment.
