Key Responsibilities
* As a Recruiting Consultant, you'll be responsible for delivering high-impact services and workshops across SAP SuccessFactors Platform, Employee Central including Time and Payroll, Recruiting and Onboarding.
* You'll act as a subject matter expert, developing exclusive content for our customers while collaborating with stakeholders to drive innovation and evolution of our offering.
What You Bring
* Associate Certification in employee lifecycle modules such as Employee Central, Payroll/Time Management, Recruiting, and/or Onboarding.
* Minimum 3-5 years' experience in development, implementation, and/or optimization of SAP SuccessFactors modules.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish to effectively work with technical and non-technical colleagues and customers.
* Additional languages an advantage.
* University undergraduate degree in computer science, engineering, or comparable field or other comparable experience.
