Job Title: Legal Support Team Leader
Role Overview
The role of the Legal Support Team Leader is a vital one within our organisation. It requires an individual who can effectively lead and coordinate the activities of the Legal Support team to ensure seamless, high-quality support.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and coordinate the activities of the Legal Support team to ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members.
* Manage complex diaries, coordinate meetings, and arrange national/international travel for fee earners across the firm.
* Prepare tailored travel itineraries and business development packs, ensuring inclusion of all client-relevant and trip-specific information.
* Deliver general administrative tasks (e.g., printing, scanning, photocopying, posting), ensuring all work is completed to a high standard.
Team Leadership
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of skilled Personal Assistants (PAs) providing high-quality, flexible administrative support across the Firm.
Skills & Experience
* Minimum of 7 years experience as a Legal PA or Secretary, ideally with exposure to multiple legal practice areas.
* Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Strong leadership and management skills, with ability to motivate and inspire team members.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
Benefits
Competitive salary range: €50,000 - €65,000 per annum.
