Finance Operations Analyst
based in Dublin.
This is a unique opportunity for an analytical finance professional to join a dynamic team and gain exposure across multiple core finance functions, working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
The Role
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing and executing daily reporting tasks
* Handling monthly payment runs, including consolidating large data sets into user-friendly reports, analysing data, and providing commentary on variances
* Performing data-heavy tasks such as loading payments and supplier banking details
* Conducting supplier reconciliations
* Investigating reporting variances and providing analytical support to the finance function
* Working across processes such as Procure-to-Pay, Cash to Order, and billing cycles
* Assisting with Cash Management and Treasury-related tasks
* Driving process improvement initiatives and optimisation projects
* Communicating professionally with external stakeholders
The Ideal Profile
* Finance, Accounting, or Business degree with a finance concentration
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Highly detail-oriented with excellent Excel capability
* Experience with SAP or similar systems (beneficial but not essential)
* Exposure to Power BI (beneficial but not essential)
* Self-starter with the ability to act on their own initiative
