Business Development Representative (Benelux)

As a Business Development Representative, your role is to seek out and engage “good fit” companies through strategic prospecting. You will leverage HubSpot’s existing leads and generate new interest via calls, emails, and social media messaging.
When connecting with prospects, you will learn about their business challenges to determine if HubSpot can serve as a solution. Your goal is to communicate the value of HubSpot concisely and generate interest for a deeper conversation with an Account Executive.
You will work with 2-3 Account Executives, collaborating daily to develop strategies for uncovering new opportunities.
Responsibilities of a Business Development Representative
* Conduct high-volume prospecting for qualified leads (new users and potential customers).
* Collaborate with Account Executives to develop prospect strategies and plans.
* Schedule online product demonstrations for qualified leads, meeting monthly goals.
* Understand customer needs using sales methodologies like BANT.
* Perform market research to expand HubSpot's customer base.
Role Requirements
* Desire and commitment to a career in Tech Sales.
* Sales or prospecting experience is a plus but not required.
* Fluency in English; Dutch or other European languages are a plus.
* Goal-oriented with a strong approach to achievement.
* Ability to handle objections and openness to coaching.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Passion for helping businesses grow and curiosity about the tech industry.
