Job Title: Night Cleaner

Reports to: Hygiene Supervisor
Working Hours 9pm to 6 am (Night Shift)
Job Summary:
The Night Washer is responsible for cleaning all production equipment and the production environment. This role ensures the facility meets all hygiene and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
· Clean production equipment, including machinery, conveyors, and processing units, following established procedures.
· Disassemble, clean, and reassemble equipment according to manufacturer and company guidelines.
· Clean floors, walls, ceilings, and drains in the production area.
· Operate and maintain cleaning equipment such as pressure washers and scrubbers.
· Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and chemicals.
· Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations, including HACCP guidelines.
· Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor.
· Ensure the facility is free of pests and other contaminants.
· Assist with other tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
· Experience in a food production or industrial cleaning role is preferred.
· Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
· Ability to follow detailed instructions
· Good communication skills.
Working Conditions:
· Night shift (9pm to 6 am)
