Supervisor of Field Operations
The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven track record of managing field-based teams and sub-contractors. You will be responsible for forecasting, tracking, and managing various splicing & build field teams to ensure delivery on schedule and within cost as agreed with clients.
In this position, you will also be required to ensure that field staff and sub-contractors are closing out work to an acceptable standard. You will work closely with the logistics supervisor to ensure crews have stock and assets required to complete daily tasks.
Your technical expertise in FTTH networks - backhaul, trunk & distribution, and fibre splicing will be essential in providing technical solutions on field base deployments. Additionally, you will be responsible for issuing scheduled reports to clients and Entegro management, conducting site audits to confirm adherence to HSEQ and ISO standards, and tracking and managing daily output as requested by the project manager.
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work within a team, and a high standard of written and spoken English. A flexible and adaptable approach to work challenges is also essential, as well as the ability to multi-task and work to a high standard.
