We are looking for a talented individual to join our HR team as an HR Support Specialist. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to employees and management.
In this exciting role, you will be responsible for performing administrative tasks such as data input, verification of documentation, and troubleshooting HR processes. You will also serve as the primary contact person for employees regarding company policies and procedures, benefits, and employment terms and conditions.
You will work closely with various stakeholders to resolve queries related to Medtronic global HR systems and programs. Your excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will enable you to effectively handle multiple tasks while maintaining high-quality performance standards.
The ideal candidate should have at least two years of experience in a customer-facing or administrative environment with strong proficiency in German (verbal and written) alongside English language skills.
