The Opportunity We're looking for a QA Engineer to join our new Reporting team within the Salon Ops pillar.
This team builds the core workflows that keep salons running smoothly every day and plays a key role in shaping the future of our reporting and e-commerce products.
Quality is critical to everything we do.
In this role, you'll help automate test suites, raise quality standards, and influence how products are built from day one.

What You'll Do Test new features and perform regression testing across services Design, build, and maintain manual and automated tests Develop and scale automated regression test suites Identify, track, and help resolve defects Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and designers Take part in sprint ceremonies and planning sessions Sign off features for release and advocate for quality across the team Continuously learn, challenge assumptions, and improve how we test Who You Are2+ years' experience in Software Quality Assurance Strong manual testing skills with an interest in automation Automation experience (Cypress or Playwright), CI/CD exposure, Git Hub experience, Looker or other reporting tools, or performance/security testing interest Experience working in Agile, cross-functional teams Curious, detail-oriented, and comfortable speaking up Clear communicator with a collaborative mindset Benefits Your wellbeing is important to us - we provide private healthcare, 2 Wellness Days, an employee assistance program and a free online GP service.
