Job title: Telesales Executive
Contract Type: Full Time Permanent - subject to 6 month probation
Location: Ballymount Co. Dublin or Tuam Co. Galway
At Culligan, we believe that cleaner, healthier water contributes to improving lives globally. We are seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious Telesales Executive to join our growing team in Dublin or Tuam.
This role will deliver the desired Water Cooler sales and performance targets. Working in partnership with the overall Sales Teams to deliver the Growth Plan through a significant period of growth for Culligan.
Responsible for ensuring KPI's are achieved in meeting and exceeding your Sales Targets, through following up on Leads/Opportunities within our CRM system are met in alignment with our Growth Plan and product family strategy.
* Driving both Mains Fed and Bottled Water Cooler growth (new and existing customers) within their scope
* Responsible for executing the Growth Plan within their geography ensuring alignment to wider business objectives
* Responsible for accurate and timely setup of all Telesales accounts
* Work closely with the necessary operational teams and the customer to ensure effective and efficient delivery of all Cooler Sales
* Updating of our CRM with key information to enable successful and accurate measurement of Targets and tracking of all mandatory KPIs
* Responsible for personal governance and adherence to procedures ensuring compliance with company policy and best practice
* Responsible for personal compliance with and suggesting improvements to the end-to-end joining process, policies and procedures
Requirements
* 1-2 Years experience in a similar position.
* Confident communicator with excellent telephone manner.
* Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
* Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in recording information.
* Resilient, motivated, and target driven.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
