* Migrate both IT Service Desk and State Claims Agents desk from CISCO to Microsoft Teams
* Oversee and support over 70 conference rooms ensuring seamless connectivity
* Establish the Microsoft Teams Cloud telephony infrastructure including tenant access setup
* Cultivate stability in legacy CISCO systems including Session Border Controllers ensuring High Availability validation _HA_
