About You
* A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
* A minimum of one year's experience in retail management is necessary.
* Excellent verbal and written communication, as well as organizational skills, are essential.
* Basic computer proficiency is expected.
* You should possess a sound understanding of mathematics and strong reading comprehension skills.
* Customer service is crucial, and you must understand its importance.
* You should be able to analyze sales reports and strategically problem-solve.
* The ability to stand during scheduled shifts is required.
* You may be required to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 75 pounds occasionally.
* You will need to perform tasks involving bending, stooping, extended reaching, climbing ladders, and step stools while placing merchandise throughout the store and assisting customers.
* Operating a POS system is also a requirement.
