One of the leading supermarket chains is looking for an Executive Personal Assistant to join their dynamic and growing team
Responsibilities
1. Providing high level business support to Board Directors/Senior Directors and working with portfolio and key stakeholders to understand support requirements
2. Anticipating Director requirements in line with company calendars and business priorities
3. Preparing accurate and well-presented documents, reports and presentations and assuring support for key strategic initiatives by completing ad hoc projects/tasks as directed
4. Carrying out general administrative duties including financial reconciliation
Job Requirements
5. Fluent in German and English
6. A solid Executive Assistant skill set, ideally with 3 years' experience within a fast-paced environment
7. Exemplary time management skills with a proven track record of supporting and working with senior leadership and coordinating multiple competing tasks
8. Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal
Salary and Benefits
9. €51, rising to €65, after 3 years
10. 20 days holidays per annum rising to 25 days after two years
