Experienced eCommerce Inventory Controller/ Operations Assistant required for a busy e-commerse business.
We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to support our day-to-day online operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Inspect and test incoming stock upon arrival
* Perform quality checks before orders are dispatched
* Manage RMAs (Return Merchandise Authorizations) and handle returns efficiently
* Respond to customer enquiries via email, phone, or online platforms in a professional and timely manner
* Assist the dispatch team with packing and order fulfillment
* Work closely with other departments as needed within the branch
* Maintain accurate records of stock, returns, and quality control
* Use Excel to track inventory, analyse returns data, and support operational reporting
Requirements:
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Good with numbers and analytical tasks
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including basic formulas, filtering, sorting, etc.)
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Organized, self-motivated, and able to multitask
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Previous experience in eCommerce, customer service, warehousing, or logistics is a plus

Pay: €30,000.00-€35,000.00 per year
