Senior Quantity Surveyor Role
This pivotal role involves overseeing the financial aspects of residential projects from inception to completion.
* Create accurate cost estimates and project budgets.
* Manage procurement processes, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
* Monitor project costs and provide regular financial updates to stakeholders.
* Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
The ideal candidate will possess:
* A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
* Minimum 8 years' experience in a QS role, preferably in residential construction.
* In-depth knowledge of Irish building regulations and contracts.
* A proven track record in managing budgets and commercial reporting.
