Care Practice Manager Job description The role of the Practice Manager is to develop the clinical and practical expertise of healthcare assistants within the Kare Plan organisation. They will have a key role in supporting and managing the performance, practice and functional elements of the Healthcare Assistant role. This role involves occasional work on weekends. Birthday day off We are looking for person who: Have completed QQI Level 5 in healthcare or equivalent Have completed QQI Level 6 in Supervisory Management Have min. 2 years of experience working as Healthcare Assistant Have drivers licence & own transport Is reliable, dedicated, diligent and trustworthy Is fluent in English both verbally and written What you need to do: Conduct care supervision visits in home care settings Oversee the accurate maintenance of supervision records Participate in care activities as part of the care supervision process Employ the best practice approach in the care of customers Ensure client diaries are completed correctly by HCAs Care staff Introductions Conduct Client reviews Attend monthly clinical Governance meetings Attend carer committee meetings Attend workplace training Other duties as tasked by your manager. #DUB Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: €34,000.00 per year
